• We help universities build recruitment resilience, from the inside out.

    Show Me How

Recruitment isn’t broken because of marketing. It’s broken because no one has addressed the real problems.

We’ve been in those rooms.

We’ve held the deficit report.

We’ve watched teams debate branding while the real shift had already happened, on TikTok duets, Reddit threads, Mumsnet – places no one from the university had monitored correctly.

August again becomes the month of panic. Clearing kicks in, with leadership asking, “Why are we short?”.

Students had made their decision by February, it’s just that no one chose to understand why.

We knew the truth was public – because we could see it.

So we built Lattice Advisory

Not to sell dashboards, provide meaningless advice or to rent outdated, generic insight.

But to help universities see the real reasons students walk away, before applications drop, before the crisis hits – and while there’s still time to fix it.

We know what works, and what’s just noise.

Our team has led recruitment in UK universities. We’ve scaled demand for FTSE 100 brands, startups, and the UK government.

We know:

  1. Insight is useless if it’s hoarded.
  2. Capability shouldn’t be rented.
  3. Real change sticks, or it doesn’t count.

So we work differently.

We embed with your SLT, marketing lead, and course directors. No new tools. No disruption. We find one critical signal. Co-lead a 90-day sprint to fix it. Then train your team to run it without us.

This isn’t consultancy. This is recruitment, reinvented.

Our goal isn’t to stay, it’s to make ourselves redundant.

That’s how we know it’s working.
